Included in this edge trimmer kit is the FLEXVOLT 20V/60V MAX battery, which provides power to not only the 60V MAX tools but is also backwards compatible with the 20V MAX* tools. The gear drive design of the edger/trimmer allows it to power through even the toughest overgrowth, making it extremely efficient.

The cordless grass trimmer offers a cutting swath of 15 inches, using a 0.080-inch line (which can also accept a 0.095-inch line). It also features a variable speed trigger with Hi/Lo speed control, giving you the option for added power or extended run time, depending on your needs.

Furthermore, the lightweight and ergonomic design of this trimmer ensures that you have optimal control over the tool, while minimizing any stress on your arms. It is specifically engineered to withstand heavy-duty usage every single day.

The bump feed head of this trimmer comes equipped with 1 Quick Load spool of 0.08-inch dual line already installed. Additionally, the kit includes the following: (1) DCST970 60V String Trimmer, (1) DEWALT 60V Max 3.0Ah Battery, (1) DEWALT 60V Max Charger, (1) Auxiliary handle, and (1) 0.080-inch prewound spool.
